Under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, Section 94 grants local Council's the power to levy contributions from developers for public services and amenities required as a consequence of development.

Section 64 of the Local Government Act 1993 enables a local Council to levy developer charges for water supply, sewage and stormwater.

A copy of the existing plan which was adopted by Council on the 19 August 2008 and is effective from 1 September 2008 is available from Council or follow the links to download a copy of the plan.
