Objective: Development Control Plan (DCP's) specify rules, conditions and controls applying to various forms of development. Council officers must ensure development applications meet these specifications.

Application: Council must consider planning provisions in Development Controls Plans when assessing Development Applications. (pursuant to clause 79CV(1)(a)(iii) of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979.)
