Our country is located on the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia with an area of 6059 square kilometres. The area is characterised in the east by rolling plains and in the west and south by rugged mountain ranges.

Sustainable Living Expo
Council is again assisting Clean Energy for Eternity (CEFE) to promote the Sustainable Living Expo as part of the 2010 Flowing Festival.
Flowing Festival
Jindabyne's annual Flowing Festival will take place 13 - 14 February 2010 at Banjo Patterson Park. Come and enjoy Saturday's fireworks and Sunday's fifth annual dragonboat races! Saturday's program includes dragon boat training, entertainment in local pubs, and an evening fireworks display. The real action happens on Sunday with dragonboat races, a Renewable Energy & Climate Change Expo, and spectacular market. Amusement rides and food stalls will be open all weekend. This celebration is not to be missed!
