About the capital works program

The Roads section produces a detailed Captial Works Program at the beginning of each financial year that is based on Council approved construction activities and included in that years budget.

The program does not contain information related to maintenance activities, eg the gravel roads maintenance program, as maintenance aspects are addressed in the ROADS MAINTENANCE DEFECTS section.

• The details provided are intended as a brief overview only. The program is updated frequently, however, for the most up to date information you should contact the Roads Works Depot on (02) 6451 1000.
• Both planned and revised start times are approximate as factors outside our control may lead to a variation of these times. If you require a more specific start date please contact the Roads Work Depot.
• The anticipated duration is an estimate based on the proposed works. The duration of the works may be extended because of such factors as unexpected weather conditions, changed scope of works or higher priority works emerging.
